The primary purpose of the Site is to collect personal information (PII) from individuals who are fans of artists, performers, athletes, cultural figures, and other public personalities (hereby referred to as "Artists"). This information is then shared with the respective Artists (including their authorized representatives and staff) to facilitate more meaningful engagement and interaction with their fans. By providing such information, you allow the Site to share said PII with the Artists and the Artists to offer you more personalized content, activities, and products, and to enhance your experience by allowing you to get to know them better.

If you do not consent to the collection and sharing of your personal information as described above, you are respectfully requested not to use the Site or register for any of its services.

We collect your personally identifying information ("PII") only with your consent. By registering yourself on the Site or following any specific Artist, you give us your direct consent to share your PII with the Artists you actively choose to follow, their staff members and with other suppliers as may be relevant for each interaction.

By following an Artist you also give us and them your direct consent to receive any messages from said Artist and its staff and receive commercial offers that may be of interest to you by any technology (such as eMail, instant messaging services, etc.)

We may also collect non-identifying information, that is necessary to allow the purpose of your interaction with us and the operation of the Site, all as detailed below. 

We use cookies for recognizing you and to analyze statistical data. Some sites we link to will use cookies as per their cookie policy. Please be aware.

What personal (and non-personal) information do we collect when you are using our services?

1. When registering on our Site, you will be asked to enter certain PII regarding yourself, such as: your name, your email address, your password, your telephone number, your date of birth, your gender, your profile photo, your physical address and sometimes some other details as will be requested. 

Only your email address is mandatory and needs to be of an active account. 

You are not obligated to enter any of the rest of the information requested. Naturally, if you do not supply certain data, some of the services we offer you may be limited or less suited for your needs and wishes. 

2. Please note that if, at any time, you supply your PII directly to Artists or their staff, such PII is not shared with the Site and not collected by us, unless you are notified      differently. Nevertheless, we may receive certain PII about you from the Artist or through your interaction with us and we will use it only for the purposes stated when you supply us with your information (mainly for your fun and easy interaction with your favorite Artists). 
3. We collect other data for the purpose of allowing better connection with us and with any of the relevant Artists and for the smooth operation of the Site, its services and it purpose. This information may be shared with relevant Artists.

Such data may include Device identifiers, Amplitude's Analytics unique User and Device IDs. We use these data to tracks your online activity so we can better supply you with relevant information and services. We also collect subscription history at the Site, general and non-precise location data (mainly for analytics and connectivity purposes), the details of your operation system and device, your telephone system language, and similar data. 

4. You can log in to the Site using a third-party social media account (such as Google, Apple or Facebook). When you do this, we collect certain public information from your said profile as permitted by the respective platform's policies. This may include your name, profile picture, publicly available email address, username, account ID, public posts, interactions, connections, or any other publicly accessible data. The specific information collected depends on your privacy settings and the platform's permissions.

This data is used to create and manage your account, identify yourself when logging in, personalize your experience, complete your connection with the Site and any of the relevant Artists, enable various social features, enhance the Site's and your security, improve customer support, analyze usage of the Site and Artists, and provide us and the Artists with information so we can send you relevant marketing and advertising materials that may be of interest to you. Naturally, it will be shared with third-party service providers such as Artists. 

You can manage your privacy preferences through your social media account settings, which may allow you to limit or revoke our access to your data. However, as long as the platform permits this collection, we will continue to process publicly available information.

5. To remove any doubt, we DO NOT collect any of your credit cards data (yet we receive unique tokens from the relevant payment processing service). Such services are conducted by third parties (such as Apple and Google) and you are to review their privacy policies and make an opinionated decision whether they suit your needs or not. Please DO NOT make any payment if you feel you might disagree to anything detailed therein.
6. We collect      your various actions and activity on the Site, including pages and content you view, Artists you follow, links you click, responses or posts you have uploaded, interactions you perform (with Artists and various users), your response and replies to various quizzes and requests, orders you make and payment history; all for the purpose of      better performing our undertakings to you, to allow you a more suited and personal experience, adapt the site and services to your needs and likes and for legal and accounting purposes as well. 
7. When you use the Site in any manner we collect, process and store "log-files" which will include your online activity on the Site, DNS, IP address, your location (by GPS if you use our app or by other means such as your ISP location, etc.), your device identifiers, and similar information. We use such data to allow us to properly display our Site to you and guarantee its stability and its security. 
8. We also collect and process the log files data for anonymized analysis and statistical analysis of our Site to ensure continuous improvement and stability of our services. 
9. We collect and process the log files for the execution of the agreement with you and for our legitimate business, for purposes detailed herein.

When do we collect information?

10. We collect information (including PII) from you when you register on our Site, follow an Artist or interact with it, operate any of the services we show on the Site, read any page on the Site, subscribe to a newsletter or enter information somewhere else on our Site (for example under specific activities).

What do we use your information for?

11. We may use the information we collect from you (either PII or Non-PII) in the following ways:

• To supply it to the relevant Artists you follow so they can use it and interact with you;
• To provide you the service you requested;
• To send you offline or online gifts and products;
• To personalize your experience with the Site and with the Artists;
• To send you better offers, information, updates, and promotional materials we or the Artists think might be of interest to you;
• To improve our Site in order to better serve you and all our users;
• To manage the Site and resolve any relevant disputes, if applicable; 
• To prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce our Terms and this Policy; 
• For the safe operation of the Site;
• For accounting or legal purposes.

Who has access to your PII?

12. Naturally, our employees or contractors (which all undertook strict confidentiality undertaking) may access and manage most of said PII (except your passwords and credit-card data which are not available to us) in accordance with its purposes. 
13. We also may send most of your PII to relevant Artists you chose to follow so they can better us it and interact with you.
14. We may also allow access to said information should law officers or courts provide us with legally binding instructions, or as the law requires us.

How do we protect your information?

15. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information and its transmission, such as HTTPS protocol and encrypted under Amazon's 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256). 
16. All transactions with Us are processed by third party services and are not stored or processed on our servers. We do keep records of you Subscription plans and purchase history thereof, to better supply you with our services and future offers that might interest you. 
17. Your PII held by us is contained in our servers behind secured networks and is only accessible by the Artists, their staff members and a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. 
18. You may change or edit the information you supply us with (such as name, phone number, address, email address, etc)      while opening your account or you may delete your account. 
19. We do not use vulnerability scanning. We do not use Malware Scanning. 
20. Any information collected by us may be stored and processed in Israel

Commercial, Promotional and other messages we and the Artists may send you

21. When you agree to receive commercial and promotional offers and supply us with your contact details, we and the Artists will send you messages in the relevant contact method you agreed to. The purposes of the messages will be to send information and commercial opportunities that might be of interest to you, to enhance your connection with the Artist, and to respond to any inquiries you may have.
22. We agree and undertake the following: We will –

• not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.
• identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way (such as at its heading).
• include our physical address on any email correspondence with you.
• honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly.
• allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email or by emailing us at support@funzy.world. 

23. As we will honor unsubscribe requests, please note that should you unsubscribe, we might still send you messages such as emails on issues related to the Site or to our relationship, but none of those shall be promotional or marketing emails.

When will we delete PII?

24. Your PII is required for the management of our Site and your account and for the on-going connection with the relevant Artists. 

We use 'Cookies' and similar technologies

25. We use Cookies, local storage and other tracking features for the purposes of identifying the users at our Site and for better and smoother Site operation.     
26. Cookies are small (text) files that a site or its service providers may transfer to your computer's hard-drive for various reasons such as allowing the site's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information for future use. 
27. For instance, we use Cookies to –

• Allow you easier and fluent use of our Site, App. And services;
• help us remember and identify you in a secured manner for future uses of the Site;
• keep track of advertisements shown to you;
• understand your preferences based on your previous or current activity on the Site, in a way that allows us to provide you with better and improved services and Artists; 
• compile aggregate data about our users, the site's traffic and site's interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future to all our users.

28. We (along with third-parties such as Google and Apple) use both first-party cookies and third-party cookies and may use the local-memory on your device to save and access PII such as the your email address, your (encrypted) password, your name (or any alias you may choos), your profile-image-URL, your gender, birthday, address, phone, role type, user status, access-token and similar data. All of those are collected to better perform our Site and supply you with better services and connection with your chosen Artist. 
29. We also use specific tokens to help us in specific instances such as a token that allows us to send you push-notification, to manage your subscription status and to manage our analytics interface.

Disabling Cookies is an option

30. You may decide to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent to you, or you just turn off all cookies (using your computer's relevant privacy options. Such option is not available on various mobile devices). Since all browsers are somewhat different, try to find such option under the relevant setting with your current browser.
31. Please note that if you choose to disable cookies (such choice will not be available while using our application, only the Site), this might cause your computer to forget some passwords and harm the use of other sites which use cookies as well. It might also cause some features of our Site to be disabled, your experience with our Site might suffer and it might not function properly.

Disclosure to third-party of PII and Non-PII

32. Your PII is used by us and disclosed to relevant Artists for their use as well. If this is something you do not wish for, please do not register to the Site or follow an Artist.

Apart from that, your PII will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other body for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than specifically stated below. 

33. We may disclose your information, including any personally identifiable information about you (PII), in the following instances: 

• To Artists so they can use it as they may see fit in order to facilitate more meaningful engagement and interaction with their fans, such as yourself. 
• For the purpose of effecting your payment to the Site. 
• We believe, in our sole discretion, that the law requires us to do so or that we have to respond to a legal authority.
• We have been requested to do so by an authorized authority, by court order or by a similar procedure;
• We believe, in our sole discretion, that your actions may violate our Terms of Use, this Policy or any law; 
• We believe, in our sole discretion, that the disclosure of such information is necessary to prevent or minimize physical harm or any financial loss (to us or to third parties), to report suspected illegal activity or may be interfering with our rights or property, or with those of other users or any third party. 

34. We may also transfer any and all information (PII and Non-PII) to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale, merger, acquisition or any other transaction with the Site, its owner or substantially all of its assets or to another corporation utilized by us. This will not diminish from our undertakings herein
35. However, non-personally identifiable information (Non-PII) will be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, statistics, or other various uses.

36. Whether the law allows you any of the following rights, or not – we allow them as follows: 
    
    1. You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not your PII is collected or otherwise processed by us. 
    2. If we do collect it, you may obtain information from us about the purpose of said collection and processing of each data category.
    3. You have the right to address us using our Preferences interface and correct any incorrect PII we may hold or process regarding yourself.
37.      If at any time you have supplied Us with your consent, you may withdraw said consent at any time. Please note that such withdrawal will not be retroactive.

Updating, Correcting or Deleting Information 

38. You may correct, update, or delete any of your PII that you supplied us with by yourself, by accessing it through the account information.
39. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
40. You have the right to request deletion of your account, and we will act accordingly. Do note that after such deletion, your information may be retained as statistical and non-personal information, and it could be retrieved, should you decide to re-use the Site.

41. On the site you may find links to third-party websites (such as Artists' but not only those). These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We recommend you carefully review those, and we wish to point out that we do not have any responsibility or liability for the content and activities of such third parties' linked sites. 

Nonetheless, as we constantly work to better protect the integrity of our site information, we do welcome any feedback regarding these sites.
